We do reserve the right to obtain a valuation of your property after we have carried out our own market research. You are not obligated to accept the offer given and you are not asked to sign any documents binding you to the offer should you verbally agree to it. Both parties can withdraw from the transaction at any point as long as suitable notice is given to the other party.
